How long does shipping take?
All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of order placement and then shipped. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. If your order has been processed, shipped and is in the process of being delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days from the moment of receiving the parcel if it is unopened and sealed. To issue a refund we must receive the parcel back. After the parcel has been checked and the customer's data have been verified to our refund policy, we will credit your bank card from which the payment has been made, minus the shipping charge. The shipping amount is calculated individually and deducted when the refund is processed, regardless of the "Free Shipping" promotion.

How can I track my order / How will I know if my order has arrived when I place an order with free shipping?
You will receive SMS-notification by the specified number and e-mail with the track-code upon parcel arrival on the territory of Kazakhstan. You can trace the location of the parcel at post.kz with this track-code. When it will arrive at the post office, the index of which you have specified when placing the order, you will need to pick up the parcel from this address.
Can I add changes after ordering?
You can change your delivery address or change the products and add new items to your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has been processed, shipped and is in the process of being delivered, any changes to your order are not possible.
