Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping confirmation and instructions on how and where to ship your package. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and approve the return. Shipping charges are calculated individually and are not refundable when a refund is issued. Items sent to us without first requesting and confirming a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Please be careful when placing your order, once your order has been placed it is not possible to exchange your selected item for another item. We can only change it after you receive it and send it back to us
