How long does shipping take?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. If your order has been processed, shipped and is in the process of being delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days from the moment of receiving the parcel if it is unopened and sealed. To issue a refund we must receive the parcel back. After the parcel has been checked and the customer's data have been verified to our refund policy, we will credit your bank card from which the payment has been made, minus the shipping charge. How can I track my order / How will I know if my order has arrived when I place an order with free shipping?
